Here at Forever Child we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, therefore we offer the following refund & exchange policy for you to enjoy your shopping experience with us.

**Refund/exchange or store credit is available for eligible items within 30 days of purchase when accompanied with the invoice. All eligible items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached.

**Ineligible items are swimwear, hosiery, underwear, clearance items, personalized items and custom items.

**Sale items with a discount of 30% or more can be exchanged or given store credit only, no cash refunds. 

**Local customers are welcome to refund/exchange in person or can utilize online methods
